本日パーツ注文に伺いました。
元々は電話注文をしたかったのですが、店頭でないと注文できないということで訪問しました。
電話担当の歌川さんはとても丁寧でしたが、タイミング悪く席を外されていました。
代わりに対応して下さった【神 ジン】という男性従業員が最悪でした。
最初は問題ありませんでしたが、会計が終わった後、私がまだ座っていて引換証やお釣りをしまっているにもかかわらず、見送りもせずに走ってどこか別のお客の方へ行ってしまいました。
小さな取引であっても目の前のお客を大切にできない従業員がうろちょろしていると大きい買い物はとてもじゃないけど、出来ませんね。
残念です。
間違いなくこの話は家族、友人にしてしまいます。
こういう従業員が自分の行いに気づいてくれればいいのですが…
責任者の方、よろしくお願いします。

ドコモの人から丁寧な話を聞けたので良かったんですが、一つ気になったことがあったので書きます。
入ってすぐに声をかけられてそのまま話を聞いてもらうことにしました。
着いたきたスタッフは首からauのスタッフ証?をかけたauの人でした。
「ドコモの話を聞きたい」と言いましたが、「ドコモの説明もできます‼️」とのことだったので話を聞くことにしました。
ただ、話をすると格安のUQがいいだの聞いてもない別の会社の話をされました。時間がなかったのでドコモのスタッフを希望したところようやく変わってくれました?
希望してない話を聞かされた挙句、謝罪もなしに変わって少しガッカリしました?
一部のスタッフのせいで不快な気分になったので⭐︎2とさせてもらいます?

・メーカー派遣の下請け説明員は勉強熱心な人が多い印象

3階に家電製品が集中しているので、TV、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコンなど、引越しで多くの家電を購入または、買い換える場合は、1フロアで用が足りるコンパクトさが良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜市営地下鉄ブルーラインセンター南駅から徒歩10分弱、センター北駅からも同じくらいの場所にあります。こちらのヤマダ電機さんは品揃えが豊富です。店員さんがとても丁寧に商品のこと、分からないことを教えてくれます。土日は混み合い、店員さんがつかまらないことも多々ありますので、平日に行ってご相談してみるのがおすすめです。ショッピングモール、ルララこうほくにあり、同じビルにスーパーマーケットのオーケー、100円ショップのダイソー＆衣料品店のパシオスが入っているもの便利なところです。
