★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間がないから早めに診察してほしいと電話しておいたにもかかわらず、待合室で20分以上待たされ、診察時間も少なくなった。何でこんな診察に金を払わないといけないのかわからない。

不信しか無い。なんで笑うの？なんで笑ったの？気持ち悪い。先生なんて敬意を示す言葉は使えない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の人達の対応が悪い。受付でなにか笑い話をしてたり、人によって態度変えたりしてるし、電話対応も悪い。体調が悪くなって急遽予約を入れさせてもらって「何時でも大丈夫ですのでお越しください」って言われたから行ったのに「この時間は先生がいない」とか言われてせっかく来たのに交通費も負担してくれない「言葉がたらず申し訳ないです」とかなんかほんとに心療内科なんですか？って言う態度で謝られたし意味がわかんない。先生も先生で忙しい日はパッパと終わらせて体調が良くなった事はない。なんなら悪化してってる。ほんとに話を聞いてくれているのかわからない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍と在宅勤務、職場での人間関係などでうつになってしまい、休職していました。
別のクリニックに行っていましたがいまいちだったためこちらに移りました。大正解だったと思っています。
片野先生に担当いただいていますが、「何でも話してくださいね」と言って下さり、とても丁寧にアドバイスを下さいます。診察いただいた後は気持ちが楽になります。
今とても混んでいるようで予約は埋まりがちのようですが、ほぼほぼ時間通りに診察に呼んでいただいてます。
前のクリニックではあまり話は聞いてもらえず、一瞬の診察で薬をやたら処方される感じでしたが、こちらでは必要な薬をきちんと絞って処方して下さるので安心できます。
復職の診断をいただいた時は、「働けるのかな？」と少し不安もありましたが、人と関わる機会が増えたのも気分転換になるようで、行動できる範囲も広がり、経過は順調です！
今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

4週間分渡す所を3週間分しか渡されておりませんでした。急いで電話をして、仕事があるため土曜日に診察入れて欲しいと頼んだら、予約がいっぱいだと受付の人に断られました。
処方箋の量間違えたのはそちらのミスですよね？と言うと、そうとも限りません。残薬が残っている可能性もありますので。と言われました。そんな話は一度も医師とした事ありません。
その後何とか診察の予約入れて貰えましたが、受付の人から謝罪の言葉はありませんでした。
診察に行くと医師から今回は診察に来るの一週間早いですね？と言われました。
処方箋の量が少なかったからですと伝えると、その場で初めて知ったようで、失礼しましたと一言言われました。
このやり取りで凄く疲れました。薬に対する考え方が凄く適当なんだと感じました。がっかりです。
土曜日に予定を入れていたのにそれも潰れました。
