PCパーツは、ほぼ定価では無いかと思われます。Amazonで頼んだ方が安い気がします。 ipadミニと雑誌購読の組み合わせで月額安価な料金で使い始められるサービスはとても嬉しかったです。ただ4年経ったので、買い取らせてもらいました。雑誌も最近は楽天ブックスなど便利なサービスが多いので。ライバル多しですね。 家から比較的近くて、その点はとても便利です。

mineo へのMNP乗り替えで、「即日SIM持ち帰りでき る店」とネットで見つけ8月末、交通機関を乗り継ぎ訪問、若い女性が対応、SIM 持ち帰り店なのに「使っていたソフトバンク対応SIMの在庫が無い、他店を調べて取り寄せる」、あれば翌日また来ることで妥協。ところがそのご暫く待たされたあと、お兄ちゃんが現れ、他店の在庫確認はやらない、店に来る前に電話で確認をくれなければ対応てきない、mineoとは前は代理店だったが今は単なる取り次ぎだけ、とやりたくない気持ちがありあり。ネットではあれだけmineoはPCデポでしか扱わないかのように大々的に出ているのに、金にならないことはやりたくないようだ。即日SIM持ち帰りでき る他の支店に電話しても対応は同じく失礼極まりない。5-6年か前に高齢者にパソコンを、使いもしない法外なサポート、サービスを抱き合わせ販売して大きな問題になったショップの体質はそのままだ。mineo もこんな所としか組めないのでは大変そうだ。

PCデポにしては小型店舗で、最低限の品揃えしかありません。昔はパソコンや周辺機器の品揃えが良かったので、ノートパソコンやルーターを買いましたが、スマホ関連のものを扱いだしてからはダメです。現在はメモリーや消耗品しか買いません。無愛想な店員が多いのもマイナスポイント。客商売なのだからもう少し明るく笑顔で接した方が良い。

手持ちのPCの起動が遅く、知識も乏しいのでいろいろと相談してくていった。結果は正解! 会員にならなかったら6万もかかってしまうが、サポートをしてくれる人が付く有料会員になったらPCのSSD1TBの購入代金だけで済んだ。 4年の縛りがあるものの、その間もデジタルに関することを相談できるのは、PCに弱い私には本当に助かる!サポート担当の方もすごく感じの良い方でした。ただ、車での入庫が大変なのと、SSD増設メモリ増設、会員登録まで3時間かかるのはさすがに疲れた。
