何時間待ちとかもなく。
そこで東勝山店に言ったところ、混んでいるなかでも、解約が安く出来るように提案してくれたりしてもらいました。
対応の仕方で店舗を替えました。
ちゃんと提案してくれる店舗の方が良いですよね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣がコンビニ(ファミリーマート)という事もありますが、駐車場が入りやすいのが◎。郊外型店舗なので店も大きくて待ち時間もゆったり過ごせました。スタッフ(男性)の対応も説明も◎でした。
予約なしで伺ってしまったのに、最短の空き時間枠をすぐに案内してくれました。
このお店を利用して良かったです。

私の場合は、日曜の昼頃機種変更の為訪問。店内は５組位の客で整理券を取ろうとしたら女店員が寄って来て「本日はどの様な?」と問われたので機種変更二人分ですと答えると「他に待ってる方も居るので３時半位になりますが」との事。
じゃあ３時半位に又来ますと言うと「今日は対応出来ないかもしれないので火曜日でしたら空いてると思います」と回答。
ブチ切れて言ってやった【お前さっき３時半位になりますがと言ったよな!何で火曜日なんだよ、いい加減な事言うな】気分悪くしました。
その後ケーズデンキ吉成に電話したら空いてますからどうぞと言われたので直行して機種変更完了。
au東勝山店 最低最悪
一流企業には三流社員しか居ない事を身を以て知った。
