Best Electrical supply store in japan

V	Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly. Have no other discount like in Tokyo or Osaka, ex: visa card 5% off. And also don't have the service to send your goods to airport. Not recommend for visitors who want shopping in Japan.
e	e dgd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a good place to find every day electronic appliance. They have English speaking and Chinese speaking vendors (from what I saw) so it is quite convenient. The prices are sometimes a bit high and some aisles could be a little more furnished.
T	Todd Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the largest electronics store near Sendai Station. The selection is pretty good. However, whenever I go to Yodobashi Camera, it always seems that the clerks are on low batteries. Try to smile, guys!
T	Ting ting Pien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER experienced any bad services anywhere in japan. But today at SENDAI yodobashi , the staff at the counter made us felt like we were 100% not welcome. He wasn’t happy that he has to go through the foreign tax procedure > he had to check our passport for previous receipts on how to enter information > he kept re-scanning our entire basket over and over again . ALL these were okay. But when we noticed the amount was a bit off and weird and asked if we can double check. This is when he started murmuring “めんどっさいな” infront of us. And when other staff were passing by him , he would grab the staff and point at us. He was starting to make us feel super uncomfortable and was not being helpful as he was speaking japanese very fast and we couldn’t understand fully. My whole trip staying in japan for 10 days I’ve been super shocked and pleased by Japan’s services and their going beyond their service to help us. But THIS STAFF was a shocking . on our last day in Sendai!

E	Eurydice MoMO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Rakut, Mobile inside this appliances store. The staff member was very helpful and patient. I needed to type in some personal information from the store tablets, a Surface and then, later, iPad. In both cases, they agreed to turn on Narrator (Windows screenreader) and VoiceOver (iOS screenreader). If you are thinking anyone would do that without a question, well, trust me on this one: people who are not familiar with accessibility built in OS get confused and are incredulous to my request, and it isn't easy to get them to turn screenreader on on their store devices. So, it was a very much welcome surprise how cooperative and pleasant they were at this store. Oh, and, they complimented my very quiet, patient and hard-working guide dog, which is very sweet. I think my Lab would give this staff person 5 stars as well. Friendly and very knowledgeable, professional customer service definitely deserves 5 stars.
