予約していったのにも関わらず、30分も待たせていただきました。
質問の返答になっていない回答を長い時間を割いて説明していただきました。
結局、プラン変更の推奨とあとはネットからもできますという案内で終わりました。
今まで毎日、iPhoneの充電をしにお伺いしておりましたが、これからは別店舗にお伺いしようと思います。
こんな対応でしたが、充電クオリティは良かったため、星5評価です。

ただ時間通りに行ったらさらに10分位待ちがあった。
裏で打ち合わせしてる人がいても何も話しかけて来ず何待ちなのか謎だった。
完全予約制ならそうして欲しいし、そうじゃないならちゃんと説明して欲しい。
