★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン600円を頂きました。チャーシュー、ナルト、メンマ、海苔、ネギの具材です。スープは鶏ガラベースの昆布ダシで和風醤油味。麺は手打ち縮れ中太麺で軟かめの茹で加減です。喉越しが良いですね。チャーシューは軟らかく美味しいですね。ご馳走様でした。サッパリとした和風醤油味でペロリと完食しました。
 I received 600 yen for ramen. It is an ingredient for char siu, naruto, menma, seaweed, and green onion. The soup is chicken broth based on kelp and has a Japanese-style soy sauce flavor. The noodles are hand-crimped medium-thick noodles and are softly boiled. It feels good to go through your throat. Char siu is soft and delicious. It was a treat. I ate it completely with a refreshing Japanese-style soy sauce flavor.

薄味で、高齢者向けかと思います。
でも、スープの出汁も薄くなったような気がします。
I've been there since I was a kid.
It has a light taste and I think it is for the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全般的に美味しいです。特に餃子は、野菜を細かく刻んだ具がたっぷり入っていて美味しいです。肉も入っていますが、少なめです。でも物足りなさは感じません。
野菜ラーメンは、ラーメンに野菜炒めが乗ってますが肉が入っていないので、私の場合は、普通のラーメンに、肉野菜炒めを単品で注文し、半分はビールのつまみに、半分は汁ごとラーメンに乗せて食べます。肉野菜の汁の旨味がラーメンのスープに混ざって最高です。
Overall it's delicious. Gyoza is especially delicious because it contains plenty of finely chopped vegetables. It also contains meat, but it's a little. But I don't feel unsatisfactory.
As for vegetable ramen, fried vegetables are on top of the ramen, but it doesn't contain meat, so in my case, I ordered fried meat and vegetables separately for ordinary ramen, half for beer knobs, and half for soup. I put it on ramen and eat it. The taste of meat and vegetable soup is the best mixed with ramen soup.

It's all delicious. The Sano soy sauce ramen soup was delicious without any habit. I also like the thin and crispy gyoza skin.

写真はチャーシューメンと餃子。
チャーシューメンは、佐野ラーメンに特製のチャーシューがたっぷり乗っています。
チャーシューは肉と脂身のバランスが良く、さっぱりと食べられるのに満足感が高いです。
餃子もオススメです。
たっぷりのキャベツとニラで、ビールが良く合います。
皮が結構厚みがあるので、食べ応えがあります。
出来立てはめちゃくちゃ熱いので、やけどに注意ですね。
有名店でもないので、手軽に佐野ラーメンを食べたい人は、是非立ち寄ってみてください！
Soul food, ramen noodles.
The photo is char siumen and gyoza.
There is plenty of special pork on Sano Ramen.
Char siu has a good balance between meat and fat and is very satisfying for being refreshed.
Gyoza is also recommended.
With a lot of cabbage and leek, beer goes well.
Since the skin is quite thick, it is responsive to eating.
The freshness is insanely hot, so be careful of burns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの佐野ラーメン屋さんでした。電光掲示板は壊れていて営業時間が正確に出ていないそうなのですが閉店は20時〜21時くらいのようです。
ジャンメン:
おぐらや、ようすけ、田村屋、大金などとは違いコシの少ない、昔からあるピロピロ系の佐野ラーメン。味噌ラーメンではないですが濁りあるスープはあまり見かけません。
チャーハン:
柔らかめの米と薄めの味付けでパンチは少なめ、よく言えば優しい味です。
ギョーザ:
新進の佐野ラーメン店によくある大きめ餃子ではない、手作りの普通サイズ餃子です。野菜が細かく刻まれており美味しかった。
2021年12月時点ではPayPay支払い可能でした。
It was an old-fashioned Sano ramen shop. It seems that the electric bulletin board is broken and the business hours are not accurate, but the store closes from 20:00 to 21:00.

Unlike Ogura, Yosuke, Tamuraya, and Ogane, Sano ramen has a long history of piro-piro. It's not miso ramen, but I don't see many turbid soups.
Fried rice:
With soft rice and light seasoning, there is less punch, and in a nutshell, it has a gentle taste.
Gyoza:
It is a handmade medium-sized dumpling that is not the large dumplings that are often found in up-and-coming Sano ramen shops. The vegetables were finely chopped and it was delicious.
