i	i ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野市在住ですが一度も行ったことなく気になっていた鳳仙家さん初訪問です。ふつうの佐野ラーメンはありますが、NEOと名を冠した魚粉・ゆず皮入りのラーメンを2人でチャレンジ。そう、わたしは初入店の店でも変わり種を食べてしまうもったいない人間なのです。先日も新規オープンの某佐野らーめんで麻婆麺と担々麺をいただきまして。佐野らーめんNEO750円、佐野らーめんマグマ820円をいただきましたそれでNEOなんですがそれほどの突拍子はなく、普通に魚介強めの美味しい佐野ラーメンでした。マグマは唐辛子本体も入っており辛いの苦手な方にはオススメできませんが、辛党の方ならちょっと物足りないくらいのレベルかと。まあまずは実食あるのみです。 This is my first visit to the Hosen family, who lives in Sano City but has never been to it. 〜	〜enishi〜 nostalgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東北道佐野インターでおりたら途中いくつも佐野ラーメンのお店がありました。競合店が多いから看板が派手だったり行列も出来ていて、あたりに何もないこちらに通りすがりに寄りました。駐車場が広くて停めやすい。日当たりが良くて入りやすい雰囲気。席数はテーブル4人掛け×２、6人掛け×2、カウンターです。先客は仕事中らしい男性達と家族連れ。入口に非接触アルコールスプレーがありました。メニューは佐野ラーメンの醤油、魚粉入のネオ、チャーシューメン、マグマという辛口。焼き餃子は3個または5個、イカスミの水餃子。醤油ラーメンと餃子にしました。澄んだスープが平打ちちぢれ麺にからんでやさしい味わい。シナチクが大きく、細長いチャーシュー2枚はトロトロ柔らかだから、海苔はなくても良いかも。たまたまなのかわかりませんが、3個餃子はふんわり焼きの丸く大きめで、5個餃子は焼色濃くてカリカリのやや大きめサイズ。ひとくち食べたら大きめ具が皮から飛び出した。ニンニク臭はしないけど、お腹いっぱいになりたい時は◎食べ終えた皿に油がたまるほど残ったから⭐マイナス1。何か口をさっぱりする物があればよかったかも。 When I was at the Sano Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, there were many Sano ramen shops along the way.
