Best Soba noodle shop in japan

T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごく普通の”おいしい”手打ち蕎麦。他の投稿で量が少ないとのことだったので大盛にしましたが、この量で他店の普通盛の感じです。天ざる1500円ほど、大盛プラス300円で1800程でした。雰囲気や立地もいいし、大盛1800円だとしても値段も気にならないが、(1)店の雰囲気に比べて接客が雑、(2)薬味(ネギ、わさび)がすごく少ない、(3)美味しいけど期待に対してごく普通(近隣にもっと美味しい蕎麦屋はある)、(4)蕎麦にザルの部品のカケラが混ざっていた、などを考慮して★★にさせていただきました。天ぷらは衣が薄く素揚げに近い感じですがサクサク感があってよかったです。そば湯はかなり薄め。季節限定の下仁田ネギの天ぷらは美味しかったです。トイレは足踏み式のレトロな感じ。店内は4名テーブルが5ヶ所くらい。外にテラス席もありましたが冬でしたので誰もいませんでした。駐車場は座席数を考えると十分だと思います。クレジットカード決済も可能でした。 Very ordinary "delicious" handmade soba noodles. The tempura has a thin batter and feels like deep-fried food, but I'm glad it was crispy. Soba hot water is quite thin. The seasonal Shimonita green onion tempura was delicious. The toilet has a retro feel with a footstep. There are about 5 tables for 4 people in the store. There was a terrace seat outside, but it was winter so no one was there. I think the parking lot is enough considering the number of seats. Credit card payment was also possible.
