あ	あとり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21年2月5日に訪れました。『東向観音寺』の御本尊は秘仏・十一面観音です。菅原道真公御作と伝わり、25年に一度の菅公御年祭（かんこうごねんさい）の時にご開帳されます。そのほか、高王白衣観音、岩雲弁財天が祀られています。小さな木のほこらが「土蜘蛛塚」で、ほこらの中に「土蜘蛛灯籠」が祀られています。これは明治時代に七本松通一条で発掘された火袋（灯籠の火を灯す部分）です。源頼光を悩ませた土蜘蛛が七本松通一条に住んでいたといわれています。土蜘蛛とはこの国の先住穴居民族で背が低く土蜘蛛のようだったといわれています。そこから発掘された火袋をある人物がもらい受け庭に飾ったところ、家運が傾き「土蜘蛛の祟り」といわれたため、東向観音寺に奉納しました。･･･といういわれがあります。御朱印をいただきました。 I visited on February 5, 2009. 山	山根法見 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北野天満宮は有名ですが、こちら東向観音寺さまは洛陽三十三所観音霊場札所になるまでは素通りしておりました。縁あって洛陽を巡礼する様になり、幾度となくお参りさせて頂いております。普段の朱印書きは御住職の奥様がされており、朱印を頂く際に少し雑談をして次に向かう様にしています。御住職は泉涌寺の管長をされているとの事で普段は泉涌寺にいらっしゃるのですが稀に店番をされている事があり、エライ立場であるにも関わらず気さくに話しをされます。敷地としては狭い境内の寺院ですし、観光地としてはコレと言って見るものがある訳ではありませんが、気に入っている札所のひとつです。 Kitano Tenmangu is famous, but here Tomukai Kannonji-sama passed by until it became Rakuyo 33 Kannon Sacred Ground. I have come to pilgrimage to Luoyang because of my relationship, and I have been visiting Luoyang many times. Pilgrimage on foot is recommended as there are all the ticket offices in the center of Kyoto city and it is easy to go around. You can feel like a true pilgrim by walking.
