★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love miffy you will adore this store. Anything you could possibly want miffy related. Plates, cups, t-shirts, hair accessories, magnets, toys, chopsticks and the list goes on!
Only thing that I found disappointing was that I really wanted to buy a small sized plush miffy with a kimono on, however they only had large size. I offered to buy the small sized miffy with kimono they had on display but they wouldn’t sell me the display one. I ended up visiting kiddy land in Kyoto trying to find one and could not. I wished they had of sold me the display one ? Now I’ve left Kyoto without finding one.
They even have a bakery attached which sells miffy baked goods!! Very cute store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude for tourists. They explain in Japanese only. I told that I would like to eat something there but they told it’s impossible because I paid for them as takeout and they never have tried to refund them or find other ways to make me eat there. They simply told it’s impossible and I need to go to somewhere else and eat them. Their attitude was also so ridiculous and rude. One star is too much but I gave it to leave comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My love for Miffy brought me here! It’s a bakery & gift shop together, go early as some popular breads tend to sell out pretty fast. Everything is so cute & yummy and their merchandises will have you opening your wallet voluntarily ? There’s a Miffy figurine outside the store, in a little alley for photo ops. And they even have toaster ovens located outside the store if you wish to heat your breads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute bakery with some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had. Got there when it opened so everything was really warm and fresh.
Highly recommend checking it out especially if you’re in the area anyways checking out the Bamboo forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has so much to offer. From snacks to cute breads from their bakery to chopsticks and things to add to your Miffy kitchen collection. The theme is Sakura which is not disappointing as they have lots of sakura themed items. One thing I didn't like was the staff at the register of the store was not very welcoming and not friendly. I wasn’t sure if we started on a bad note as she asked me to stop filming in the store, which I did. I started to shop and when I requested they keep my basket as I had too many to buy and will have multiple baskets later on, they said they do not offer that. I insisted I couldn’t carry multiple baskets at the same time and so the staff allowed it to be left at the counter only at this time. But what I didn’t appreciate was they mixed my items even if I purposely put items in 2 separate baskets which lead me to be confused. What should have been a pleasant shopping experience made it a not so good one. This happened when the store was not busy and not so many tourists because of covid. I wish they are more welcoming like the Rilakkuma Sabo store made sure we are accommodated very well. I hope that staff was just having a not so good day and she is not like that with every foreigner she will meet in the future. She is setting a bad mood early Tuesday morning. On the brighter side, I was still able to shop for friends and could finish my list.

Cute Miffy bakery ? and shop. You can find almost everything with Miffy on it there, plushies ? , towels , plates ? or clothes ?. There are Kyoto limited items here.
In the bakery, you can find cute Miffy themed foods ? it’s good.
It’s really crowded so you may have to wait for the bakery.
