 I drank amazake at the counter inside the store on a cold day. The ginger worked and it was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. The woman which is doing ice creams do not smile at all, this is the first time in Japan someone do not tell us "Arigato". And then we saw that the price of the ice creams is double the normal price. Tourists, run out of this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at this souvenir shop for ice cream while visiting the Arashiyama area. I ordered the mint chocolate chip soft serve ice cream and it was pretty good. But my partner ordered lemon flavored shaved ice and he found it pretty disappointing. So, all in all, a pretty mixed experience. The location is right next to popular bridge and they have their own eating area right next to the south side with some beautiful views.
