★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパート退居時に担当者の方ではない人が来てその後の清算処理の通知に19日間の後になってもメールでのご連絡ひとついただけません。
はっきり言って退居時には不誠実な対応されるとわかったので、あまりお勧めすることはできません。
こちらの不動産管理会社さんは、
３年間に２回管理会社が変わった末に
管理会社さんになりました。
退居時に、契約書に明記されてなく、特約事項にも記載がないエアコンクリーニング代を
税抜き6500円を原状回復の費用として請求されました。
しかも、事前に通知するわけではなく退居日当日の立ち会いにて請求内訳の確認で通知し、
同意の署名を求められました。
電気や水道も止めてしまったあとに。。
他の不動産管理会社さんでは今までそのようなこともなかったし、
移り先の管理会社さんにも確認しましたが
「喫煙のタバコ汚れやペットによる匂い汚れなどない限り請求することはありません。」、と回答がありました。

結果とても良い物件が見つかりました。
真摯に対応してくださりありがとうございました。
4〜5軒不動産屋さんを周り、いい物件が見つからず疲れ果てていたところ、以前アパマンさんの別支店を利用して引っ越しをしたことを思い出し問い合わせをしました。
LINEで「今日伺ってもいいですか？」と問い合わせをしたところ、「大丈夫ですよ」と即レスがあり伺いました。
こちらの希望を真剣に聞いていただき、また他の不動産屋さんの愚痴までこぼしていた私の話もしっかり聞いてくださりました。
現在の住まいは当時前の方が住んでいる最中のため、実際の物件が内見できずにいたのですが、細野さんがかなり似た物件の内見に連れていってくださり、その場で決めました。
その後のやり取りもスムーズでこちらの要望にも応えて下さいました。
長々と書きましたが、今回の家探しに細野さんに対応して頂いて本当に良かったです。
