 After purchasing, there is almost no contact and you just sell it. I haven't finished the procedure. I should have bought it elsewhere. Is that common sense in the real estate industry?

保谷駅近くの現場の管理は相変わらずですね。
[追記]2019年10月31日
保谷の現場に外構工事が入っていましたが、職人が休憩してた道路を挟んで向かいの敷地に吸殻が大量に捨てられていました。
こんなモラルもない人達が作った住宅のレベルなんて…
