星４つ。
知人のお勧めで遠征。
まずメニュー通りに
出てきて笑った。
先日、お高く量が少い
蕎麦屋で悲しい思いを
したのでその反動は大きい。
汁に長く浸かった海老天の
衣が剥がれてしまって・・
ゲッと思ったら立派な海老が
出てきてビックリ。
他の頼んだモノもメニュー
通り。
ご飯もフニャフニャじゃ
なくて普通に炊かれてた。
また利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本酒、肴、お蕎麦等を堪能でき、作り手の真面目さとセンスを感じるお気に入りのお店。気軽に入れ楽しく過ごせるところも良いな。日本酒は鳥取県の老舗蔵元「稲田本店」の逸品。寒い時は「いなたひめ良燗純米」。でもほとんどの日は「純米酒トップ水雷」からの「純米酒いなたひめ強力」からの「純米吟醸いなたひめ強力」からの・・・。色んな日本酒を飲んできたけど、品評会や市場うけする味というよりも、お米の風味を品よく香り味わえ、「心で譲す」センスを感じるお酒だと思う。知ってる他の日本酒にはない特徴じゃないかなー。日本酒は稲田本店が一番好き。ここはその蔵元のグループ会社がやってるだけあって、きっちり管理され、とにかく鮮度が良く美味しい。更に、山陰の食材にこだわった肴の調理がとにかく上手。蕎麦屋さんで味わえる最高レベルの肴だと思う。

日本酒はもちろん「稲田姫」。いろんな種類の稲田姫が一度に楽しめるので、一杯楽しむにはちょうどいいです。酒のアテも山陰の料理がいくつかあり、私の好きな「赤天」があるので嬉しかったです。
現在、新型コロナの影響で山陰地方からの食材の仕入れが大変なようですが、また日常が戻ったら行きたいと思います。

店内は縦長でテーブル席がずらり。奥には座敷があるのかな？
日曜のお昼時、待たずに入れましたが、すぐに満席になってました！
早速注文！息子がまだ小さくて蕎麦を食べられないので野菜天せいろのうどんを注文して取り分けました！
旦那はマグロ丼と蕎麦と天ぷらのセット！
父はおつまみに厚焼き玉子と板わさ！
天ぷらは種類がたくさんでサクサクしてて美味しかったです！
うどんはつゆが薄い…薄味のうどんでした！
厚焼き玉子一口もらいましたが、甘い出汁の味！甘い卵焼きが苦手な私は残念ながら食べられません…
マグロ丼は本鮪！って書いてたしお値段もそれなりに高かったので期待してましたが…スーパーで買うような鮪と変わらない…
トータル不味くはないけど美味しくて感動することもないかな…？居心地も良いわけではない…って感じでした！

蕎麦は細めでコシがあり好み。ランチセットのカツ丼は普通。平日昼時でも近隣の客で賑わう。
駐輪スペースはない。
