持ち帰りを頼んだら1番初めなのに、
ご飯の中に固くなったご飯の塊が！
きっとご飯の盛り付けは機械を使っていると思われるが、キチンと清掃を行ってない為、古く固まっていたご飯が混入したと思います。
なので衛生面は最悪と思われます。
またやきとり弁当を食べたが、ただ単に焦げた肉を食べてる感じでした。(苦いだけ)

唐揚げは美味しいですが注文の際は「揚げたてで」でと言ったほうが良いですね。
でないと冷めた作り置きを持ってきます。
唐揚げ自体大きいのでタレが入った小さい三連皿のタレがつけづらいのでソース用の入れ物で置いといて自分でかけて使えるようにしてもらいたい。
タレも少ないと思ったら、こちらも注文の際に「タレ多めで」と言えば多めに入れてくれます。
酷かったのは限定メニューのハンバーグ唐揚げ定食でした。
ハンバーグは期待してなかったので予想通りの味でした、しかも冷めた作り置き。
スーパーで売っているイシイのハンバーグのほうが美味しいかった。
1番酷かったのは器に使われた鉄板が冷たいまま？なんの為の鉄板だろうか?熱々感の無い限定メニューでした。付け合せのポテトも冷めたパサパサポテトです。
その日は寒かったのでご飯と味噌汁で身体を暖めました。
限定メニューを頼むなら限定味付けの唐揚げだけにしたほうが良いと思う。

The worst thing was that the iron plate used for the vessel remained cold? What is the iron plate for? It was a limited menu without a feeling of heat. The side dish is also a cold dry potato.
It was cold that day, so I warmed my body with rice and miso soup.
If you order a limited menu, I think it's better to just fried with limited seasoning.

テイクアウトもあります。
イートインで出てくるいかの塩辛は、目立たないがとても美味しいです。
It is right next to Shakujii Koen Station on the Seibu Railway Ikebukuro Line. A chain store specializing in fried chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウトと宅配で利用。なんこつが一番お勧めで、からっとしていて、宅配でもめちゃくちゃおいしく、おつまみにもいい。個人的には唐揚げの極めダレが好きですが、知り合いが食べた焼きとりと油淋鶏も美味しいようです。手羽は味が濃くなく食べやすい。
ただ、宅配需要が増え、翌日の予約注文が出来ないのがめちゃくちゃ不便です。

Personally, I like the best fried chicken, but the grilled chicken and deep-fried chicken that my acquaintance ate are also delicious. The wings are not strong and easy to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ からやまは他店舗５～6店行ってますが、この店舗のレベルが明らかにワンランク低い。からやまブランドの許容できる品質基準を下回っているのではないかと感じた。理由は、
・キャベツの量がまちまち。複数人で行って全員同じからやま梅を注文しましたが、全員キャベツの量が異なっていて、一番多い皿と一番少ない皿は2倍くらい差があった
・からあげの色が茶色すぎる。他店舗よりも揚げ時間が長いのか、温度が高いのか、からあげの色が明らかに濃い茶色。初め見たときは注文メニューを間違えたかと確認したくらい。チェーン店なのに品質のばらつきにちょっとびっくりしました
・白飯の保温時間が長すぎるのか、固くなった部分が散見される一杯でした。いつでも炊き立てであるのはベストですが、そうはできないことも理解しています。ですが固くなったごはんを出すのは納得できません
・しおからもちょっと時間が経っているもので、水分が多めでした
正直言って、からやまではない別の店と言ってもよいくらいのオリジナリティあふれる料理でした。
残念ながらこのお店は今後積極的に行こうとは思えませんでした。

・ Maybe the heat retention time of the white rice was too long, and there were some hardened parts. It's best to be freshly cooked at all times, but I understand that you can't. But I'm not convinced to serve the hardened rice
・ It's been a while since Shiokara, and it had a lot of water.
To be honest, it was a dish full of originality that could be called another restaurant.
Unfortunately, I didn't think this shop would go aggressively in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんかつ『かつや』でお馴染みのアークランドサービス系列店の『からやま』です。
今は、唐揚げブームでガストでも『から好し』、吉野家の一部店舗でもから揚げ定食を出すようになってますが、『からやま』が断然美味しいです。
『からやま』はコロナ禍にもかかわらず開店当初から、お客さんが絶えません。テイクアウトにも力を入れていて、注文後「呼び出し機」をくれるので並んで待っている必要はありません。
店内も明るい内装で、店員さんも明るいので良いですね。
注文後、揚げるので多少時間は掛かりますが、リーズナブルに肉厚で、ジューシーなから揚げが食べられます。
から揚げ4個の定食が基本だと思いますが、お腹いっぱいになります。ライス大盛り無料でした。
今回は、焼き鳥とから揚げの二種盛りを食べましたが、焼き鳥もジューシーでとても美味しいかったです。揚げ物が続いた時は焼き鳥定食も良いですね。
精算の際、次回から使える100円割引券をくれるので、また利用したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定番と思われる店名を冠したからやま定食の梅を発注，759円。次々と揚げているのか，あっという間に出てきました。この大きさなら４つでも多いくらい。卓上の漬物といかの塩辛をごはんに乗せて準備完了，早速いただきます。つけだれが付いてきますが，最初はそのままいただいてみると，熱々でからっとしてジューシー，しっかり味も染みていてこれは確かにうまいです。またにんにく入りのたれも試してみましたが，これも良い味変になって美味しいです。それでいてこのお値段ですので近くにあったら多用してしまいそうです。
