★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんでこんなに口コミが良くなっているのか知りませんが、少なくとも2～3年前に見た時は低評価ばかりでしたよ。
で、私はここで契約して2年くらい仕方なしに付き合っていますが、いい思い出は一つもありません。
引き渡しの前にカギを受け渡した際も、カギが来たら連絡くれるっていうのに連絡よこさない、更新の年じゃないのに勝手に勘違いして「契約更新です」とか言って電話かけてくる、書類を送れと何回言っても送ってこないから電話したら逆ギレされるし、本当にすごい対応だなと思います。
I don't know why the reviews are so good, but when I saw them at least a couple of years ago, they were all underrated.
So, I signed up here and have been dating for about two years, but I have no good memories.
Even if I hand over the key before handing over, I will not contact you even if the key comes, I misunderstand that it is not the year of renewal and call me saying "It is a contract renewal". No matter how many times I say that I should send the documents, I will not send them, so if I call, I will be disappointed, and I think that it is a really great response.

はじめて石神井ハウジングさんに電話をした際に、ご対応していただいた方が黒石さんでした。
第一印象は、電話口の声がとても物腰が柔らかく言葉遣いが丁寧。ずばり物件の入居時にかかる初期費用を尋ねたところ、一つひとつ丁寧に項目と金額をご提示いただきました。この人なら信頼できる、と思いました。また、疑問点がある時はメールで問い合わせ（トータル20件ぐらい）、一件一件丁寧且つ迅速にお返事をいただき、とても助かりました。また、こんなことも...お休みにもかかわらずご対応いただいたことも多々ありました。頭が下がります。本当に有難う御座いました。心より感謝申し上げます。
最後になりますが、不動産に不慣れな方は黒石さんをお薦めいたします。安心して全てをお任せできる方です。

When I called Mr. Shakujii Housing for the first time, Mr. Kuroishi was the one who responded.
The first impression is that the voice on the phone is very soft and the wording is polite. When asked about the initial cost of moving into a property, they carefully presented the items and amount one by one. I thought this person could be trusted. Also, when I had any questions, I made inquiries by e-mail (a total of about 20 cases), and received a polite and prompt reply for each case, which was very helpful. In addition, there were many things like this ... even though I was absent. My head goes down. Thank you very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Last but not least, if you are new to real estate, I recommend Mr. Kuroishi. It is a person who can leave everything to us with confidence.
