T	T-Jays Jazz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, near train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. Great services and friendly staff. Good amenities. If you are planning to travel to nearby areas (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Tsukiji, Ginza, Tokyo Bay, Odaiba) then this hotel is recommended for you. Not many things for breakfast menu. Price was good compared to other nearby hotel. If you have a large luggage then you may need a larger room, since the size of standard room is too small (only for small-medium luggage 19"-24").

However, APA did an amazing job crafting a very comfortable and efficient experience out of a small environment - nothing is lacking. Friendly and helpful staff, strong AC (much needed in the middle of an August heat wave) and meticulous housekeeping. We were here for 4 days and will gladly return!

I like it more when the toilet is separate…well, for the price it can't be helped, I guess. The shower was good, with a strong water pressure, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, all in big bottles) of a good quality. No complimentary water.

E	Edward Grigg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly and spoke good english. The best thing about this hotel is the location. In my opinion this hotel has the best location in the whole city. One of the things I found hard about choosing a hotel in Tokyo is trying to work out the best location.....well this is it! Train direct from the airport stops right outside the door of the hotel... 10 minute walk to Tokyo station which from here you can literally get anywhere in the country... 5 minute walk to the Disneyland train line.... many shops restaurants around and also felt very safe in the area. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small but I was fully aware when booking about this.

The beds and television and shower were perfectly good enough. The air conditioning also worked as expected. No problems.
