I didn't ask about some percentage of soba, but the amount of binder can be guessed from the aroma, and the tuyu seems to have too strong soy sauce. The soup feels a little unsatisfactory (I personally want a little more salty taste), but it tastes elegant. The kakiage tendon was also simple and delicious. It's nice to have chocolate on the coffee. The store is built like an ordinary private house. It seems that the couple are doing it, but the customer service is very polite and you can eat comfortably and calmly.
