若輩者ではありますが宮城、福島、山形など各地で蕎麦を食べ歩いてきて、ここの蕎麦が一番好きです。二八蕎麦です。香りが強過ぎず、喉越しもいい。つゆも蕎麦の味を引き立てています。 天ぷらは自家栽培の椎茸やお店の方が採ってきた山菜を軽く揚げて塩でいただきます。 4月~11月の週末だけ蕎麦を提供しています。 真夏でもエアコンいらずで山の空気を感じながら過ごせます。

The scent isn't too strong, and it's nice to throat. Tsuyu also enhances the taste of soba. For tempura, lightly fried self-cultivated shiitake mushrooms and wild vegetables taken by the shop and salt. Soba is served only on weekends from April to November. You can spend the summer feeling the air of the mountains without the need for air conditioning.

数年ぶりに立ち寄りました。週末、祝日営業の手打ち蕎麦のお店です。分かりにくい立地なので、お客様は私達と同様リピーターかと思います。蕎麦も、天婦羅も、きっと他のお店では味わえ無いものです。父娘でやってらしゃると聞いています。雰囲気のある建物と、素朴な印象のお二人、とても良いです。
I stopped by for the first time in a few years. It is a handmade soba shop that is open on weekends and holidays. The location is difficult to understand, so I think our customers are repeaters like us. Soba and tempura are sure to not be tasted at other shops. I heard that you are a father and daughter. The atmosphere of the building and the rustic impression of the two are very good.

土日限定営業。 蕎麦は二八かな。香りが良く歯応え喉越しも良い。イワナの干物も味が濃厚になり個人的に好きです。天ぷらは季節のものが頂けて美味しかったです。
Open only on Saturdays and Sundays. I wonder if soba is 28. It has a nice scent and is crunchy and has a good throat. I personally like dried chars because they have a rich taste. The tempura was delicious because I got seasonal ones.

小安経由で峠を下ると花山道の駅手前にあります。店は小綺麗でお洒落な造りで駐車場も広いです。蕎麦は癖がなくざる大盛りでもツルッといけますしタレの濃さも良しです、季節の山菜天婦羅も美味しいですが専用のタレか岩塩も欲しいところです。好みはあるでしょうが食べやすい万人受けする蕎麦だと思います。

Really nice, calming atmosphere for eating handmade soba in the forests of Hanayama. The bukkake soba was delicious, and the bite I had of sansai soba was also quite good. They have seasonal sobas that are limited to 10 per day! The staff was also nice and helpful, but I doubt they speak english.
