スープはオーソドックスな醤油。秋田らしく塩分強めです。
麺は細ちぢれ麺。チャーシュー、というよりは豚バラの薄切りが4枚とナルトに海苔。麩は乗ってませんでした。
完食です。ごちそうさまでした。
I received 600 yen for char siu men.
The soup is orthodox soy sauce. It has a strong salt content like Akita.
The noodles are thin noodles. Rather than char siu, 4 slices of pork rose and Naruto nori seaweed. Fu was not on board.
It is a complete meal. Thank you for the meal.

湯沢の帰りに初訪問。
チャーシュー麺(大)700円をいただきました。
まずはチャーシューが豚バラ肉をそのまま茹でただけで、ビックリしました。
豚バララーメンでは.....
しかしスープを一口するとそんな事はどうでも良くなりました。
コクのあるしっかりしたスープに、細ちぢれ麺が良く絡み大変満足でした。
次はご飯物に挑戦します。

First visit on the way back from Yuzawa.
I received 700 yen for char siu noodles (large).
First of all, I was surprised that the char siu just boiled the pork ribs as it was.
In pork ramen .....
But when I took a sip of soup, it didn't matter.
I was very satisfied with the rich and firm soup, which was well entwined with the fine noodles.
Next, I will try rice.

迷ってチャーハンと焼そばを頼んだら、横手風？の焼そば。本家より美味いかも?
近くの足湯(河原で、自分で掘るらしい)まで出前してくれるそうです。
