People who want to eat 100% buckwheat noodles don't want the noodles to be elastic because they want to taste the buckwheat noodles purely. 伊	伊藤貴章 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦の味香りは悪くなく、触感的にはほんのり柔らかめです。店主の脚が悪いので蕎麦屋とは思えない”自分で取りに行って食器も戻すスタイル”のお店です。他の方のレビューにある通り、ちょっと蕎麦の冷やしが足りないです。また、暖簾には十割と書いてありますが店の中には「すいません、9:1です」と書いてあるのはちょっと卑怯かと思います。 The taste and aroma of soba is not bad, and it is slightly soft to the touch. I don't think it's a soba restaurant because the owner's legs are bad, so it's a style of "going to pick it up and returning the tableware".
