 I ate spicy miso char siu noodles. It contains bean sprouts and menma, and is full of char siu.

美味しいんですけど、個人的には辛すぎてちょっとよくわからなかったです、、、ゆえに少し星低めにしてしまいました。
でも辛いものが得意な人は美味しくいただけると思います。ハムみたいなチャーシューは非常に美味しかったです。店内もキレイで割と賑わっていました。店長が野菜炒める音とかもなかなか高まります。
なのでこのあたりでご飯を食べることになったら検討してみてもいいのかもしれません。

I ordered spicy miso ramen.
It's delicious, but I personally didn't understand it because it was too spicy, so I made it a little lower.
But if you are good at spicy foods, you can enjoy it. The ham-like char siu was very delicious. The inside of the store was also clean and crowded. The sound of the store manager stir-frying vegetables is also quite high.
So if you decide to eat rice around here, you may want to consider it.

全く値段に見合ってないお店です。
白味噌ベースですが旨味が全くと言って
いいほどありません。
おすすめはできません。
Miso is for sale
It's a shop that isn't worth the price at all.
It's based on white miso, but it has no umami.
Not so good.
I can't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店間際に伺い客は自分のみ、片付けしてる最中で申し訳ない感じでした。
頼んだのはみそちゃーしゅーめんです。
具材は野菜炒め、ネギ、チャーシュー、メンマ、辛味噌です。
スープ単体だと、さっぱりした味噌ですが辛味噌を溶かすとコクが強くなります。思ったほど辛くないです。
麺は茹で加減がいい縮れ麺で、この手のラーメンに合います。
チャーシューですが、塩味のあるロースハムみたいな感じです。
御中元でもらうような塊のロースハムを切ったような感じに近いかも。
これはこれで美味しいです。
八木山辺りに来た際は食べてみるのもありです。
Just before the store closed, I was the only one who visited me, and I felt sorry while I was cleaning up.
I asked for miso noodles.
The ingredients are stir-fried vegetables, green onions, char siu, menma, and spicy miso.
The soup alone is a refreshing miso, but when you melt the spicy miso, the richness becomes stronger. It's not as hot as I expected.
The noodles are boiled and curly noodles that go well with this type of ramen.
It's char siu, but it feels like salty roast ham.
It may be similar to cutting a chunk of loin ham that you would get at a midyear gift.
This is delicious with this.
When you come to Yagiyama, you may try it.

スッキリとした味ですが辛味噌を溶いて食べると野菜も美味しく食べれました。
レアなチャーシューも旨味があり良い食感でした。
上品で飽きの来ない一杯でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried the karamiso chashu ramen and I have a general impression that the meat is more than the noodles which is not bad. I liked the amount and how relatively tender the meat was. It was also somehow flavored. However, nothing is special with the soup and noodles.
