割引券の過剰な配布よりも 具材とスープの改良、ラーメンの付加価値を追及すれば良くなると思います。
麺が美味しいのに勿体無いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老味噌ラーメン頂いて来ました(^-^)とても美味しかったです。連れは比内地鶏ラーメン、他にもとんこつ、沖縄そば、パスタと色々あってまた行くのが楽しみです店内の雰囲気も明るく店員さんの感じも良く家族連れも多かったです。買い物もラーメン餃子チャーシューと色々販売もしてます(^-^)

八戸ラーメンと刀削麺風をいただきました！八戸ラーメンはどこかで食べたことがある味でした！刀削麺風は…やはりフウでした(笑)
比内地鶏の親子丼は、鶏肉がしっかりして美味しかったです！

訪問したのは土曜の午後2時半過ぎ⌚️既にピークを過ぎたのか、店内には1組のご家族のみです?入り口左手のカウンター席に座り鷄だしらーめん大盛りを注文です?
しかし、辛味噌らーめん、長寿らーめんに八戸らーめん?お馴染みのラーメン店が頭の中をよぎりますね?（笑）
さほど待つことなくちゃく丼?大ぶりにカットされた比内地鶏を除けば、ニラにネギ、メンマとトッピングはいたってシンプルです?まずはスープを一口?ほど良い塩梅の地鶏の味と香りが一気に口の中に広がります?続いて細い縮れ麺を啜ると、さすがは麺やさん。舌触り食感ともに?いい感じで地鶏のスープを引っ張ってきてくれます?
さて、あとは、いつものように一気呵成に食べ進め?あっという間に完食です?
直売所にずらりと並んだ麺、スープに具材を眺めながらお店の外へ?つぎは、どこのお店の麺を食べてみようか？?ごちそうさまでした?

生麺販売コーナーではラーメン、蕎麦、パスタ、冷麺の他、スープ、つけダレのバリエーション豊富。他、冷凍の餃子、雲呑も多数。店外設置の自販機ではレンチンのラーメンと、牛タンなど冷凍和牛の食材も購入可。
一度は訪問する価値のある、類を見ない店です。
