★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通院の理由を伝えた上での予約なのに、この時間では対応できないから、別に予約してくださいの言葉を言われただけで、診療費を取られて、がっかりしました。
随分と前の話ですが、藁にもすがる思いで、仕事を中抜けして来院し、治療してもらえるかどうかを尋ねた妻は、電話もせずに突然来たことを咎められ、強めの説教を看護師にされ、かなり落ち込んでいたことを思い出しました。対応の仕方一つで、評価も変わると思いますよ！

スタッフの方の対応も良く、気持ちがいいです。
胃の不調で受診しましたが、先生の的確な診断のおかげですっかり落ち着きました。
胃カメラも苦しくなく検査が受けられました。
Waiting time will be shorter after the reservation system is adopted.
The staff are very friendly and it feels good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年前に行ったのですが、先生も看護師さんも事務さんもみんな優しく対応してくださりました。また立派な空気清浄機もきちんと置いてあり消毒の拭き掃除？もしていてコロナ対策しっかりしているなと思いました。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開業される前からお世話になっている先生でどんな小さな事でも親身になって話しを聞いてくれ、体調に応じ処方を変更頂ける信用できる八木山の黒ひげ先生です。またスタッフの方も感じの良い方ばかりで現在では月1回車で約30分かけて診て頂いております。最近ではコロナの影響で予約制になり待ち時間もなく助かっています。

土曜日だったので混んでましたが、先生は、変わらず穏やかで、親切に対応してくださいました。
そして、久しぶりに受診したらスタッフの方が皆新しくなっていたり、予約制になっていたり、熱のある患者さんの入り口も違っていたりで、びっくりしましたが、密にならないように、コロナ対策もしっかりされているようで良いと思いました。
あと、受付した際に、事務の方が、予約制になったことを一言教えてくださったので、知らずに待たされるより良かったです。
