D	DAHLIA K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤羽で打合せがあり、お腹が空いたので通りすがりの入店で訪問しました。つまみに、ごま和え牛タンやオクラの漬物、牛タンあぶりを頼みました。ゴマ和え牛タンは、レバ刺しのような風味で箸が進み、酒も進みました。笑牛タンあぶりも、レア感が絶妙です。店員のお兄さんに『ウチに来たらこれ食べて下さい』と、いわゆる牛タン焼きを勧められ、〆にとろろ麦飯と食べたら、肉が柔らかくてうまいこと！！何もつけずに食っても肉がうまい。ワサビをつけるとわさビーフ！一味で仙台風に食べても美味しく、味変が楽しめました。無難に美味しいチェーンだと利休さんとかが有名ですが、いや、こう言う規模でもっと美味しい店見つけられて良かったです。牛タン好きな方は、行かれて損はない気がします！また行きたい店です。 I had a meeting in Akabane and I was hungry so I visited the store by passing by.
