オンラインで予約していた礼服のサイズが合わず、式の数日前にもなって礼服が用意できていない時に、慌ててこちらにお伺いしました。突然の要望にもかかわらず、懇切丁寧に対応して下さり、予算通りの礼服を見つけることができました。
お陰様で同僚の結婚式に無事間に合わせることができました。ありがとうございました。

スーツを買いに来店。スタッフが来たので、スーツを買いに来たことを伝えるとウエストを図り、『サイズはこれしかないのでないですねー』と言われました。目を見開いて返事待ってるので『分かりました。』というとハーイ！と去っていきました。笑。え…と忙しい時間帯に行ってしまいましたか？?店内に２、3人お客さんはいるものの接客してる従業員ゼロ。試着すらさせて貰えず、、、他の店舗(青山、おりひか、スーツselect)行きましたが、どこも170センチLサイズのスーツは上下揃ってました。赤羽でスーツ買うならアオキ以外だなと思いました。

I couldn't even try it on, so I went to other stores (Aoyama, Orihika, suit select), but all the 170 cm L size suits were lined up and down. I thought that if you buy a suit in Akabane, it's something other than Aoki.

しかし、行った時たまたまだったかもしれませんが、フィッティングできるスタッフが少なすぎ。
「サイズが測れる者が来ますのでお待ちください」と言われたまま結局5分以上来ず、他のスタッフにサイズ以外の事を質問してもいちいち何往復もして聞いてこなきゃわからないとか、スタッフのレベル低すぎでした。

After all, I didn't come for more than 5 minutes while being told, "A person who can measure the size will come, so please wait." The level was too low.
