★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羽柴秀吉軍により焼失した同寺を中興した中心人物の一人、高田六郎右衛門正恒が寄進した石造多層塔がここにあります。高さは約３ｍの九重の塔なのですが、頂上付近の塔部分が無残にも落下し、その姿を残していました。周囲を固めるように小さめの塔もあるのですが、それも倒壊しその姿を自分たちに見せています。威厳も感じながらも何処か歳月には勝てない自然の力を見せつけられている感じがします。
 Here is a stone multi-story pagoda donated by Masatsune Takada Rokuroemon, one of the central figures who built the temple burned down by Hideyoshi Hashiba. It is a nine-storied tower with a height of about 3m, but the tower part near the summit fell miserably and left its appearance. There is also a small tower that solidifies the surroundings, but it also collapses and shows itself to them. Although I feel dignity, I feel that I am showing off the power of nature that I cannot win over the years.
