農道を進み、山裾に近づくとトタン板で風雨除けされた石棺仏が見えてきます。家形石棺の蓋裏に合計8体の仏を彫った石棺仏です。同場所にもう一つ石仏らしきものが並んで立っていますが、これについての説明はなく、気になる存在ですが、見た感じでは石仏などが判別できないので史跡認定されていないのかもしれません。とはいえお供え物もきちんとされており、この辺りに住む方の信仰を得ていると思われます。鎌倉時代の作とされていますが、状態も良く全体像がはっきりわかる保存状態の良さは場所的と風雨除けなどを設置した方々の力によるものと思います。最初に書いた通り農道を進んでいきますので、車で行く場合は軽自動車などがお勧めですが、車高が低めの車はあまりお勧めできません。また目的地まで車で行ってしまうとUターンに困るので、戻る際のこと（と農作業されている方の邪魔にならないように）停車場所を決めて立ち寄ってください。

It is said to have been made in the Kamakura era, but I think that the good condition and the good preservation condition that the whole picture can be clearly seen are due to the location and the power of the people who installed the wind and rain shield. As I wrote at the beginning, I will go on the farm road, so if you go by car, I recommend a light car, but I do not recommend a car with a low vehicle height. Also, if you drive to your destination, you will have trouble making a U-turn, so when you return (and do not get in the way of those who are farming), please decide on a stop and stop by.
