村	村井涼華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段私はあまりクレームなどを言わない人間ですが、これはどうなんだって言うことが起きたので書かせていただきます。先日、こちらでまぜそばを味玉付きで食べました。もちろん味は最高でした。その日は姉と一緒に行きました。半分くらい美味しく食べたころに「なんだろうこれ」と言うものがあったので姉にも言って一緒に確認したところ虫がまぜそばの中に入っていました。しかも、コバエなどの小さなものではなく割と大きなゴキブリさんかコオロギさんでした。本体と足と思われる部分が入っていました。さすがにこれはと思い、店員に言いました。普通ならまず謝り、返金もしくは作り直しをするところのはずですが、店員は「あ〜…」って言ったあと虫は下げていきましたが、謝ることもせず、作り直す、返金などの処理も一切ありませんでした。その場で言えばいいと思うかもしれませんが、その店員の態度的に上の人も見た感じいなくて言っても無駄だと思ったので言いませんでした。虫など食べることはできても気持ち的に嫌な人多いはずですよね。虫が入るのは仕方ないと思いますよ、でも態度の問題です。しっかり謝ることも出来ないようなお店にはもう行きたいとは思いませんでした。店員の教育はもちろん、対処法など学ばせたほうが良いのではないでしょうか。またお客様お問い合わせフォームもなかったです。後日談ですが、お金を返金してもらえました。次からは対応含めて気をつけていただきたいと思いました。 I'm a person who doesn't usually make complaints, but I'll write about it because it happened.
