駅のすぐそばなので、仕事帰り、買い物帰りのお客様で常に混雑ぎみです。
味は普通ですけど、日高屋らしくて良いと思います。

駅前だから、ついつい寄りたくなっちゃうよね。
作る人もベテランかなぁ。
こんでない時は、すぐに出てくる。
手際がいいんだね。

初めて朝霞駅に隣接している日高屋?へ。
朝霞駅の改札口の所の前面の地図に
「日高屋」の文字が。。

こんな所にあるのか と
引き寄せるように店内へ。
店内は(新しいからか)やや清潔で
外国人の女性にオーダーした。
1人でホールを手際良く回していたが
ラーメン運ぶ時に口元で「ラーメン半チャーハンお待たせ致しました」と。
世間はコロナ渦の中 マスク?してるとしても
あまり食べ物の直ぐ近くで喋らないでーって
心の中で思ったので味が入って来なかった。
チャーシューは思いの外美味かった。
?餃子はもうチョイ焼いて欲しかったかな。
通ぶって酢に黒胡椒で食べた。
スープ一口目は水道水のカルキ臭かったけど
食べてるうちに慣れ
お腹空いてたのでまぁまぁ(チェーン店な感じ)な味だった。

こう言うの有り難い。

ビールや酒を手酌で飲んでた。
そんな平日17時だった。
皆さん1人で寡黙にほぼ全員オッサンが酒を
黙って飲んでて圧巻だった。
メルぺい払いだと今なら割引になり
支払い終わると割引券をくれた。
アルコールも各テーブルに置いてあった?
辺りは暗くなり
孤独のグルメ状態な気持ちになった。
今は「ソロ活」って言うのかな。
