★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場内ですが普通に入れてもらえます。スタミナラーメンはニラに豚肉をガッツリ炒めたものが乗ってる醤油ラーメン＋半チャーハン。朝五時から営業という市場めしのお店です。
It is in the hall, but you can put it in normally. The stamina ramen is soy sauce ramen + half fried rice, which is made by stir-fried pork on Chinese chive. It is a market-only shop that is open from 5am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板橋市場の中にある中華屋さん。市場の方々を相手にしているため朝早くから5時30分から午後14時30分には閉まりますのでご注意を。マーボー丼と餃子をいただきました。ちょっと酸味の効いたマーボーで美味しかったです。
A Chinese restaurant in the Itabashi market. Please note that it will be closed from 5:30 to 14:30 pm early in the morning because we are dealing with people in the market. I got Marbo bowl and dumplings. The sour marbo was delicious.

ずっと気になっていて初訪問。
ラーメン550円。安い…
スープは鶏ガラのいい匂いがしてほのかに甘さを感じます。
昔親父に連れて行って貰った中華そば、とゆう感じの懐かしさを感じる味です。
今こうゆう味のラーメン少なくなった気がします。

他がやっていない時間に食べれて、
この味は最高です。
色々美味しいのですが、特にチャーハンは、
今まで食べた中で、
チャーハン好きの私の中でも、

市場の入り口では、ちょっと停められますか（一時停止レベル）関係者以外でも、
簡単に入れます。
今日も朝からチャーハン食べに行きます。

都民の食を支える、板橋市場内の食堂。
市場の食堂は関係者を相手にしているせいか美味しいというイメージがありますが、
こちらもイメージに違うことなく美味しい食堂で大満足でした。
頼んだのはスタミナ麺。
アタマに大量のニラとお肉がどっさり。
さすが花き青果を扱う市場だけあって、豪快ですね～。
ニラを麺のように啜る幸せw
炒め用の濃くて甘辛いタレがスープと混じり合って美味しい、麺も好み。
舎人の市場にも良いお店があったんだけど、そこは閉めちゃってて。ショックだったけど。
代わりに新たな良いお店見つけました。
また、来よう。
