W	We We on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しょうゆつけ麺とみそつけ麺をいただきました。どちらのスープもいわゆるつけ麺ならではのコクがもうちょっと欲しいかなぁ。スープが最初から飲める程度の濃さと温度なので麺を啜った時にパンチがないと感じてしまいます。なので気がつくと麺をスープにしっかり漬けて食べるのですがこうなるとラーメン?を選択した方が良かったかと悔やみます。しかし小さいお子さん連れのファミリーにはこの方が食べやすく丁度いいかもしれません。麺は美味しいです。自家製麺なのですね。弾力があり小麦の味をしっかり感じます。つけ麺はけっこう量がありますがペロッと食べてしまいます。それだけにスープのコクがもうちょっと欲しい。この美味しい麺をちょこっとスープに漬ける程度で麺の味とスープの味を同時に楽しみたい。惜しいなぁ。メニューを見るとお酒のおつまみが豊富で美味しそうなものがいっぱいあります。是非一度夜にお邪魔したいお店です。店内はラーメン屋さんにしては消毒液、消毒シートが各テーブルや至るところに置いてあり、空気清浄機や間仕切り板、間仕切りカーテン等々しっかり管理されています。この点についてはかなり好感が持て安心できます。素晴らしいです。 I had soy sauce tsukemen and miso tsukemen.
