m	ma m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅館は江戸時代の旧館と新館があります。じゃらんの予約は旧館でしたが1000円UPで快適性優先して新館に変更しました。お風呂は柔らかい泉質で浴場は露天、サウナもあって快適でした。もうひとつの浴場は小さめ男女入れ替え制です。お料理はとても美味しく器がすべて信楽焼の作家物で出す度に説明があります。スタッフさん感じよかったです。平日だったせいが他に宿泊客が居なく貸切状態で適度にほったらかし？が快適でした(笑) The ryokan has the old and new buildings of the Edo period. m	m m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客にタオルでなく、雑巾を提供する不衛生な宿。乳幼児用タオルの用意がなく申し出ると、なんと雑巾を提供され、我が子に使用してしまった。※タオルにサインペンで「ぞ」の文字が。宿側に申し出たところ、「まぁ雑巾というか、棚の上を拭いていたものだから」と問題ないとか。「提供した仲居は確認連絡がとれない」との事。ちなみにチェックアウト後2日経つが、その仲居に状況確認後の報告や詫びが未だ一切ない。正直、部屋もあまり掃除が行き届いていなくて、黒い埃や毛が目立った。また食事も間違えて提供されたり、雑巾の件も含めて、アレルギーと疾患持ちの我が子らをこのような不衛生な宿に連れてきたことに申し訳ない気持ちと後悔しかなかった。ちなみに1才以上の幼児は食事布団なしで一泊入館料3500円必要。スリッパすら用意なし。 An unsanitary inn that provides guests with a towel instead of a towel. 莉	莉菜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿泊で利用しました。最初に部屋に案内された際、古くがたついていたり、畳が変色している部分があったりと…内装に写真とは違って少しガッカリしましたが、お風呂、お食事はとても良かったです。お風呂は1階と2階の2箇所あり、夜と深夜&朝で代わり湯になるようです。下の階は信楽焼きの壁の狭いお風呂、上は開放感のある大きい窓のある広めのお風呂になってました。入るなら断然上の階になっている時をオススメします！上も下もどちらも温泉です。利用客数の上限が上限な為、お風呂はどちらもほぼ貸し切り状態でとても満喫出来ました。お夕飯にはとても美味しいしゃぶしゃぶを頂きました(^^)お肉やお造りにはもみじが飾ってあり可愛かったです。これは旅館のメニューなので仕方の無い事と思いますが、生ものがダメな私にはお造り等食べられないものも多く、残してしまい申し訳ない気分になりました。食器は全て信楽焼きだそうです！ We used in staying.
