★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になっていた蔵喜さんを訪問しました。内装や雰囲気からして、高級店の雰囲気。お料理の運ばれ方も上品で、テーブル席なのに始終緊張していました。
まず「白子ポン酢」と「白子の天ぷら」を頼んだのですが、なんとこの日のお通しも白子！大好物なので嬉しいですが、完全にプリン体過多です?
特に「牛石焼き」のお肉が甘くて、口の中でとろけました。香りも良くて凄く美味しいです。
あと、創作料理の「ポテトサラダのイトヨリ鯛包み」や「柿とアスパラいちじくの胡麻味噌焼き」は、今までに味わった事の無いお味。
珍しいお料理を堪能させて頂きました。各々のお皿も素敵です。ご馳走様でした！
I visited Mr. Kuraki, who has been anxious for a long time. From the interior and atmosphere, the atmosphere of a luxury store. The way the food was carried was elegant, and I was nervous all the time even though I was seated at the table.
First of all, I ordered "Shirako ponzu" and "Shirako tempura", but this day's shirako! I'm happy because it's my favorite food, but I'm completely overloaded with purines.
Especially, the meat of "Beef Ishiyaki" was sweet and melted in my mouth. It has a nice aroma and is very delicious.
Also, the creative dishes "Potato Salad with Golden Threadfin Bream" and "Persimmon and Asparagus Ichijiku with Sesame Miso" are tastes I have never tasted before.
I enjoyed the rare dishes. Each plate is also nice. It was a treat!
