Y	YS KS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿児島を第二の故郷と思っております。懐かしむことのできるところが近くにあるのはとても嬉しいです。鹿児島のお料理ですが、しゃぶしゃぶや角煮など値段はお高めですがとても美味しい料理ばかりです。こんな時期ですので、また鹿児島に行きたいと思いださせてくれる味でした。ただ、店員産が無愛想すぎてなんか相手にされてない感じなら返事もろくにしてくれなかったりとなんか不愉快感が感じられたりしました。お料理の説明や、オーダーの時も声が小さかったり返事してるのかしてないのかわからなかったり。店主なのかその人も同じような感じをしましたね。コロナ禍ですから会話を控えてるのかわかりませんが、わざわざお客さんが来てくれるためにお店開いてるのですからちゃんとした接客をしてもらいたいものですね。 I think Kagoshima is my second home. n	n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。数年前コースを頂いた時はとても満足でしたが、今回は可もなく不可もなくでしょうか。コスパはもっと良いお店はあります。特にサービスをもう少しグレードアップされたほうがいいかと。このお店は、店内でゆっくり食事を…と思って皆さん来る場所だと思うのですが、料理を早く出し終えてお茶のお代わりは絶対に出さないという方針？がひしひしと伝わって来て興醒めでした。冬の強風の中、開店前に外で待ってるお客様にも、「申し訳ございませんが、もう少々お待ちくださいませ。」程度の簡単な一言もないまま、お客さんたちの目の前で黙々と掃き掃除を続ける始末。絶対に開店まで門をくぐらせないの圧が…。近年よく思うのですが、飲食サービスの質が落ちてるのかなぁ。それとも私の運が悪いのか、歳をとったのか…。どちらにしても、次行く店になるかの決め手は接客です。 I visited for lunch. m	miyaka mori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一品一品のお料理がおいしく、お庭や建物の雰囲気もよいので、法事や親族で集まる際等に利用します。たまにおいどんで食べれる機会をいつも楽しみにしています。今回はGo to eatでたまったポイントを利用して、しゃぶしゃぶコースをいただきました。お出汁で食べる黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶは、さっぱりとしていていくらでも食べれてしまいそう！その他の前菜や焼き物、デザート等もいいお味で、やっぱりおいどんはおいしいなと再確認しました。ただ、ひとつ残念だったのは、今回サービスいただいたお店の方が、お料理の説明がとても早口で、ゆったりとした食事を楽しみたいのに、少し残念な気持ちになりました。またその方は廊下を歩く際も一人だけバタバタとうるさく、廊下に面したお席だったので特に気になりました。あとは、クリスマスだからか、カラフルなイルミネーションをされてましたが、和のお庭の雰囲気と合っていないので、せっかくのいい雰囲気のお庭が安っぽく見えてしまっていたのが、もったいないなと思いました。 Each dish is delicious and the atmosphere of the garden and building is good, so it is used for legal affairs and when gathering with relatives.
