You can train about 30 minutes from one trainer. There was a dedicated locker room and I thought the atmosphere was quite good.

本気でフリーウェイトやる方は、青少年センターな方がおすすめ。
It's not a brand new facility, but the monthly usage fee is reasonable at 3960 yen. 40 minutes 550 yen for visitors. I go to other places for personal training, so I feel free to use it for voluntary training. It is close to home and has all the facilities.
For those who are serious about free weights, we recommend the youth center.
