★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「7週間ダイエット」のトレーニングをしてきました。興味のあったDNA検査も込みで、食事のアドバイスもいただいたのでプログラムが終わった後も続けています。いきなりドカンと落とすわけではないので、今でもリバウンドなしでキープできています。トレーニング自体は運動不足の体には厳しかったですが、トレーニング日以外は歩く機会を増やしたくらいで何もしていません。運動習慣を見直すきっかけにもなりました。
I have been training for "7 weeks diet". I was interested in DNA testing, and received some food advice, so I continued after the program. It doesn't drop suddenly, so I can keep it without rebound even now. The training itself was tough for my under-exercised body, but outside of training days I increased my walking opportunities and did nothing. It also helped me to review my exercise habits.
