最近は最初から2ヶ月で¥◯◯◯◯◯◯などの縛りがあるパーソナルジムが多い中こちらはそういう事がないのが有難いです。
大手ジム出身のトレーナーで、子供の体操教室からシニア向けのクラスまで担当されていたそうで、とても知識が豊富な感じが伝わって来ます。
私はゴルフに生かせるトレーニングをお願いしていますが、ゴルフにとって何が良いのかをトレーナーご自身がしっかり勉強して下さったみたいで安心してメニューをお任せしています。
物腰の柔らかな言葉遣いが丁寧なトレーナーという印象です。（今時の若者には珍しい）
トレーニングをやった事がないという方も安心して通えるパーソナルジムだと思います。
