さ	さなだももこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱がでて病院へ行くことになり、やむなく当日朝キャンセルの電話をしたところ、バッサリ「次回から予約は取れない」とのこと。インフルじゃなかったので20分後再度連絡すると、「もう〜はぁーい、ちょっと、はぁーい」まともな話？をしてもらえず、やっぱり出禁になったようです。さらにホットペッパーのドタキャンペナルティーもつけられ、問い合わせしたところ「対応できませーん」とのこと。行きたい気持ちはあったし、もしインフルエンザをうつしたらと悪いと思ったのですが、この店に関わった事で傷ついて悲しくなっただけ。ドタキャンが不利益なのは分かりますが、じゃあどうしたら良かったのか、「はぁーい」しか言わないスタッフの方のボキャブラリーのなさにびっくりしたのと、あまりにも上から目線の対応だと感じました。 I had a fever and had to go to the hospital, so when I called to cancel on the morning of the day, Bassari said, "I can't make a reservation from the next time."
