★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで通ったジムはトレーナーと合わなかったり、自分のリズムや雰囲気に合わなくて、結局挫折することが多かったのですが、ここはトレーナーさんも親切で雰囲気も良くて気がれなく通えるので、やっと長続き出来そうなジムを見つけたって感じで大満足です。
