ランチで利用しました。
店内も綺麗で清潔感あります。
ご飯、スープおかわり自由なのでガッツリ食べたい時はおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末に取った予約で三が日に食事。コース基本で個別アレンジ。想定していたよりもノンアルにしたせいか一人７千円前後。素材は高めを選択したせいか新鮮でとても美味しかった。予約はしておいた方が無難。

ハラミランチをいただきましたが、柔らかくてジューシーなハラミで大満足。
ランチセットだと、ごはん、わかめスープ、キムチ、サラダが付いていてご飯とスープはおかわりも出来ます。
今回+150円のネギご飯セットをお願いしましたがこれがまた美味しい！ご飯だけでもいいくらいでした(笑)
ネギご飯にすると、スープも白湯スープになって、これもまた美味しいです。

新築なので綺麗ですね。
タッチパネルの注文です。
但馬屋との事ですが、
但馬牛との因果はわかりませんでした…。
名物のサーロインをはじめ、
一通り注文しました！
個人的に好きだったのが上ロース。
上質な赤身肉でしっとりしてました。
店員さんも親切ですし、
店内も綺麗でとても素晴らしいのですが、
お肉の質と金額、
味を考えてしまうと武蔵小杉界隈では弱いかと…。
武蔵小杉は美味しい焼肉屋さんができずらく、
新丸子のタレ焼肉にみんな集まるイメージですw

神奈川県に行く予定があったので、帰りに寄ってみました。
武蔵小杉の駅前に11月6日にオープンしたばかり。
とても綺麗な店内でお席もゆったり‼︎
入り口で検温とアルコール消毒をします。
店内はゆったりしたお席で個室もありました。
オーダーは、タッチパネル。店員さんと直接会話をしなくて済むのでコロナ対策にも嬉しい。
こちらのお店は、しゃぶしゃぶで人気のお店の初の焼肉店。こだわりの和牛を使った焼肉が楽しめます♩
●ナムル盛り合わせ
4種の盛り合わせ。2人で分けるのにちょうど良い量でした。箸休めにぴったり‼︎
●シャキシャキサラダ
ボリュームたっぷりなサラダ。
●厚切りタン塩
程よい厚みで弾力もありました。タン塩は、定番でついつい頼んでしまいます。レモンでさっぱりといただきました。
●但馬屋盛り
ランプ、みすじ、上ハラミ、上ロース、上カルビ。これを頼めばオススメは制覇できるんじゃないかなっと思うので迷ったらこちらのオーダーをオススメします。程よく脂がのってとろける様なお肉に幸せ気分。希少部位も含まれていて、お得感あります。
●冷麺
こちらはミニサイズ。
取り分けなくて済むのでミニサイズがオススメ。
弾力のある麺で食べ応えありました。
●大福
ミニサイズのいちご大福。お口直しにはこのくらいのサイズ感がちょうど良いです。
お肉のメニューも豊富なので、盛り合わせと気になったもの単品で頼めば大満足できると思います。和牛にこだわってリーズナブルだけど美味しいお肉を提供しているのでコスパ抜群です‼︎武蔵小杉はファミリーマンションも多いからファミリーでもぴったりです。ご馳走様でした♡
Yakiniku after a long absence ♩
I had a plan to go to Kanagawa prefecture, so I stopped by on my way home.
It just opened on November 6th in front of Musashi Kosugi station.
The seats are spacious in a very beautiful store! ︎
Temperature is measured and alcohol is disinfected at the entrance.
There were spacious seats in the store and private rooms.
The order is a touch panel. I'm happy with the measures against corona because I don't have to talk directly with the clerk.
This is the first yakiniku restaurant that is popular for shabu-shabu. You can enjoy yakiniku made with carefully selected Wagyu beef ♩
● Assorted namul
Assortment of 4 types. It was just the right amount to split between two people. Perfect for chopstick rest! ︎
● Crispy salad
A hearty salad.
● Thick sliced tongue salt
It was moderately thick and elastic. Tan salt is a standard and I just ask for it. I had a refreshing lemon.
● Tajimaya prime
Lamp, blade steak, upper skirt steak, upper loin, upper ribs. If you ask for this, I think that you can conquer the recommendation, so if you get lost, I recommend this order. I feel happy with the meat that is moderately greasy and melts. Rare parts are also included, which is a great deal.
● Cold noodles
This is a mini size.
Mini size is recommended because you don't have to set it aside.
The elastic noodles made me happy.
● Daifuku
Mini size ichigo daifuku. A feeling of this size is just right for retouching.
The meat menu is abundant, so I think you will be very satisfied if you order the assortment and the items you are interested in separately. 店内は広めでランチタイムでも賑わっていました。
ランチはたくさん種類があるので好みや量に合わせて選べます。私は極ランチをいただきました。
ランチセットは＋110円でネギごはん・参鶏湯に変更できるのでこちらへの変更がおすすめ！ネギごはん、タレがかかってて本当に美味しいんです〜！もちろん、焼肉には白米派の人は白米でも美味しいですよ。
自分で焼くスタイルで好みの焼き加減にできます。
お肉はどれも美味しくてかなりコスパ良いなと思いました。
各テーブルに消毒用のアルコールスプレーが置いてあるのも安心。
とても美味しかったので次はディナーで行きたいです。
