徒歩3分ほどのところに住んでおり、気になってたお店
前を通るたびに、いい匂い、賑わってるなぁと思ってましたがぼっちが基本の自分はなかなか入る勇気がなく、、、
今回友人が来たタイミングに予約が取れて伺いました！
トンカツと焼肉にはうるさいですよ！自分(￣∀￣)

新丸子からだけではなく、武蔵小杉からも歩いて行けます。
１９９０年創業の老舗のようで、早い時間から満席でした。
予約をしていくことをお薦めします。
上牛タン、上カルビ、芯々ステーキなどをいただきましたが、
どれもお値段以上の肉質の良さで、ボリュームもあるように
感じました。
人気の理由が納得です。
特にお薦めがリブロース焼き
薄切り大判のお肉は、すき焼きのように卵をつけていただきます。
ご飯に乗せて食べると最高ですよ。
お肉だけではなく、チヂミやビビンバなども美味しく、
スタッフさんの対応が良かったので、居心地もいいですよ。
この界隈で一番お気に入りの焼肉屋ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キムチは3種共自家製らしく、唐辛子も韓国から取り寄せるこだわりぶり！
カクテキと白菜は普通ののより辛味が強く、オイキムチは子供がきゅうり好きなので、辛さ控えめとのことでした。
地域性を考慮して、料理を考えるのは気遣いを感じられていいですね♪
最初に持ってきて頂いた肉は牛タン！
ちょっと前に、牛タンの食べ放題で食べた牛タンよりも柔らかい印象。肉厚なのにレモン汁つけて食べるとさっぱり。
何枚でも食べれそうです。
続いて上ハラミ
こちらも定番ですが、美味しいです。甘口と辛口のタレが用意されていて使い分けられるのが良いです。
個人的にですが、お酒だけの人は辛口タレ。ご飯食べる人は甘口タレが相性良さそうでした。
お肉は美味しかったのですが、
店員さんが火加減や網など気配りしてくれているので
常にいい状態で食べれるのが嬉しいです！

二人で食べるといつも一枚半端になるので6枚にして欲しいと思いました。
あと、量の割には高め。

時間より早く着いてしまったのですが、少し待って早めに席を用意していただきました。
焼肉はお店のメニューにも書いてありましたが
ご飯が欲しくなる甘めのタレ、新鮮でタレの甘味ではない肉の甘味を感じるとても美味しいお肉でした。
お店の方も感じ良く雰囲気も良く居心地の良いお店でした。
また行きたいと思います。
