★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉、駅近の焼肉屋さん。日曜当日予約で入れるも、店内はほぼ満席。中々の人気店らしい。
初めてだったので、お店の定番料理メインに注文。
・チョモナムル△
キムチ、ナムル、韓国海苔。美味しかったが味付けが甘めだったのがあまり好みではなかったかなぁ。
・レバ刺し△
殆ど残っていなかったのでサービスで、と出して頂いたレバ刺し。店員さんの気遣いに感激を覚えるも、レバ刺しは少しクセがあったかなぁ。
・ハツ刺し○
甘味噌ダレと絡めて食べる。ぷりぷりで美味しい。
・チョモランマ盛りハーフ○○
塊肉が3種。上タン、普通タン（こちらは1枚のみ。サービス？）、ハラミ、ロース。
上タン、ハラミは肉厚で美味しかった。ロースは少し硬さ、クセがあったかな。
・ホルモン盛り合わせ5種○
部位は指定出来ますか？と確認したところ（本来は受けていないみたいだが）1種類だけok、との事でありがたく上ミノを指定。上ミノはコリコリ。全て臭みも少なく美味しかった。
・大ライス
・玉子スープ○
・レモン冷麺○
レモン冷麺は甘味がなくレモンを搾りながら食べるとサッパリしておいしかった。
※定番のチョモランマ盛り写真撮り忘れはご愛嬌。。笑
ビール3杯頼み、2人＋子供1人で8844円。
総論は可もなく不可もなく、だったかなぁ。
コスパもとても良いわけではない。
子供にはジュース1杯サービスや、アンケートに答えると前菜やデザートを頂けたり、店員さんの接客対応の良さはかなり良かったので、サービス面では二重丸◎。

牛ヒレは若干のパサつきが気になり素人が焼くにはやはり難易度が高いなと…
アボカドキムチが意外な組み合わせだがとても美味しかった！
中央にかけられたタレは〇〇醬とかの類のものなんだろうか？肉との相性も良かった

地元住民も気になっていたという焼肉屋さん、チョモランマ。
武蔵小杉に住んでる友達と一緒に行ってみました♬
推しは、やっぱり肉盛チョモランマ？
チョモランマの頂に見立てたインパクト大な厚切り肉の盛り合わせ。
女2人だったので通常サイズだと食べきれないかなと思い、ハーフサイズをオーダー。
豪快にカットされた塊肉、タンとヒレとハラミがどか～んと盛られています。
この肉盛り、フルだと5478円でハーフだと2739円になるんだけど…お肉のレベルが高い！
このボリュームでこの肉質、コスパ最高です。
ぷりっぷりのタンはジューシーで新鮮な旨味、そしてハラミもワイルドなコク深い旨味も堪らない。
超～柔らかななヒレの、脂のお上品な甘さも最高です。
焼肉屋さんへ行って、これがあったら最近は絶対に頼んでる焼しゃぶ。
ここの焼しゃぶも最高に美味しかった～♡
ササっと炙り甘めのタレ₊生卵に絡めてライスボールに巻いて実食！
まろやかな卵の美味しさがプラスされた、ジューシーな甘さが光るお肉のとろける美味しさ…最強すぎる。
思わず笑みのこぼれてしまう至福の味わい、お肉は薄切りだけどジュワっととろけるお肉の美味しさが満載だから食べ応えもすっごく感じることが出来ます。
塊肉も最高だけど、このまろやかな贅沢な美味しさも大好きすぎる♡

口直し的に頼んだチョモランマサラダも、さっぱりしていてすごく美味しかった。
店員さんはめっちゃ可愛かったし、接客も丁寧でスピーディー。

肉盛チョモランマはハーフでも迫力満点だったけど、フルの迫力も見てみたい！
ので、次回はもっとお腹に余裕を持たせてor4人くらいで来店しフルのチョモランマに挑戦してみたいですね。

飲み放題付きで5500円の割にはこだわったメニューでどれも美味しくいただけました。が、安いコースの中にこだわりを詰め込んだせいで記憶に残る一品がなかったのが残念でした。
よかった、面白かった点
・コースのメニュー表が絵なのは面白かった。
・フォアグラ、イクラ、金箔など高級感を感じるメニューがあった
・飯盒でご飯を炊くのは面白かった
微妙な点
・1品目のスープを全部食べると他が食べられなくなるから残し気味で。飯盒のご飯が硬かったら中で炊いたご飯持ってきます。など、廃棄可能性があるコーススタイルなのが今の時代に合ってないかなと感じた。
・高級食材を入れるのはいいが、その分全体的に食材の質が下がっているように感じたので、高級食材は省いてもう少しメインの肉の質を上げてほしかった。
・次回使えるクーポンを買わないかと言う営業は不要かなと思いました。
