★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あくまで個人的な感想ですが、外観は看板が騒がしい。駐車場はちょっと狭い。正直期待していたほどあまり美味しくない。蕎麦の香りや風味も十割のわりには弱い。量も少な目で汁もやや濃い目。店主は話し好きで面白いが頑固そうで自慢や講釈が多い。高額な器とか飾り付けはどうでも良いのです。美味しい蕎麦を自分のペースで美味しく頂きたいのです。蕎麦が大好きで普段信州の蕎麦に慣れ親しんでいる自分には合わないですね。拘りも過ぎれはただの自己満足？他に蕎麦屋さんは沢山ありますから自分好みの蕎麦屋が見つかると思う。
たぶんここはリピートないでしょう。

The aroma and flavor of soba is also weak for 100%. The amount is small and the juice is a little thick. The owner is talkative and funny, but he seems to be stubborn and has many bragging rights and lectures. I don't care about expensive vessels or decorations. I want you to enjoy delicious soba at your own pace. It doesn't suit me because I love soba and I'm used to soba in Shinshu. Is it just self-satisfaction? There are many other soba restaurants, so I think you can find your favorite soba restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 代替わりした頃はまだ良かったけど、最近 蕎麦の味が落ちましたね。常連さん逹も徐々に離れているのでは？私はもう行かないと思いますが、精々お店を潰さないよう、頑張っていただきたいです。

幻の十割蕎麦は確かに美味しいけど、天ぷらは、油ギトギト！
あんなギトギトした天ぷらって、どうやったら作れるんだ？
あと、大エビって書いてあったので楽しみにしてたら、普通より大きいエビでした。
まー、蕎麦屋だし田舎だから。
もし次に行く事になったら、もり蕎麦900円か大もり1800円かな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大根おろし蕎麦をたのんだのですが、初めはメニューを見てちょと高いなと思ってのですが、待っているとお盆に六品出てきて好きなものを選んでくださいとこと☺️
その先付けをべて、お蕎麦の期待も,,,,
それ以上の美味しさでした。さいごに小さい大福が出てきて感激!

そばの量が少ないと言うレビューがありますが、私としてはチェーンの蕎麦屋と比べても普通の量だと思いました。チェーンの蕎麦屋の4倍以上の値段なので、量もちょっとはあるんじゃないかと期待してしまっているだけじゃないかなと思います。
予約せず行ってしまい、誰も並んでいない状態からでも30分くらい外で待つことになってしまったので、行く時は電話とかしたほうがいいかもしれません。
