★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度は最悪。お客に口をすっぱく消毒しるのに、店員はお客の使用した箸や器を素手で掴んで下膳して、手を消毒せずそのままで配膳に回る。食事してるお客の横を急ぎ足でどたばたと動き。お客がいようが自分優先で歩く。
所詮は観光地のアルバイト店員かな。
ロケーションは良いのに、気分は最悪。
小さな子供にも、きつく当たる優しさの欠片もなく、配慮のないサービスに心が悲しくなりました。
 The attitude of the clerk is the worst. To disinfect the customer's mouth sourly, the clerk grabs the chopsticks and bowls used by the customer with his bare hands and serves them, and then goes to the serving without disinfecting his hands. I hurriedly fluttered beside the customer who was eating. Whether there are customers or not, I give priority to walking.
After all, maybe a part-time clerk at a tourist spot.
The location is good, but I feel terrible.
Even for small children, there was no fragment of kindness that hit hard, and I was saddened by the careless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テラス席を指定され気温2度30分待っても注文のほうとうが出てこない。体冷え冷えでキャンセルして店を出た。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年か前にも利用して久しぶりに訪れました。前回同様店内抜け出たテラス席で『ほうとう』を注文。富士山を眺めながら美味しく頂きました。
I used it several years ago and visited it for the first time in a long time. Like last time, I ordered "Hoto" at the terrace seat that came out of the store. It was delicious while looking at Mt. Fuji.

ほうとう並み¥1300込みをいただきました
テラス席にて気温4℃風が有りましたが富士山に癒され温かいほうとうで温まりました
ほうとうはトロリ系ではなくアッサリ味噌味で塩辛く無く塩分制限の方もよろしいかとおもわれます

There was a 4 ℃ wind on the terrace, but it was healed by Mt. Fuji and warmed up with a warm hoto.
Hoto is not a trolley type, but an assari miso flavor that is not salty and I think it is better to limit the salt content.

For lunch, I had hoto here ? The cold and hot hoto was the best ❗ Pumpkin ? and vegetables are simmered very well and the miso taste is good ◎

以前来たことがありますが、コロナの影響か忍野八海は閑散としててゆっくり過ごせました
ほうとうともつ煮込みを注文
大きい鍋でびっくり、野菜多めで美味しく頂きました、
もつ煮込みは生姜がきいてお酒飲みたくなりましたが我慢
店内は広くテラスからは庭園が見えます
ただ、少し寒いので暖房を増やしてほしいかな
ほうとう美味しかったです
また機会があれば立ち寄ります
おすすめのスポットを教えていただいた店員さんありがとうございました

Ordered hoto motsuni
I was surprised at the big pot, and it was delicious with a lot of vegetables.
The motsuni was so ginger that I wanted to drink it, but I put up with it.
The inside of the store is large and you can see the garden from the terrace.
However, it's a little cold so I'd like to see more heating.
It was delicious
I will stop by if I have the opportunity

水の運び方にびっくりしました。
まるでドリフのコント！
ダメダこりゃ…です。
片手で3人分の水を持ってきたのですが、指３本をそれぞれのコップの内側に突っ込んで運び、テラス席のテーブル上にドンッ。
かなり不衛生な印象（衝撃的）を受けたためか、ほうとうの味とテラス席からの景色は覚えてません。
他のお客さんへの水の提供も、やはり同じようにコップの内側に指を入れ運んでました。
隣の席の女性は声を大にして文句を言ってたのを今も覚えています。
