★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてオンラインショップで3点購入した。段ボールから出し、パッケージを外す前に鍋の木部に欠けを見つけ電話をして交換してもらうことになった。ホッとして次のヤカンのパッケージを外すと何と広範囲に凹み、塗装の浮きが有りまた電話をして交換となった。最後のコーヒードリッパーは袋から出した際、金属部品が転がった。何の部品か分からず、もう何度も電話するのも面倒なのでそのまま使うことにした。梱包は丁寧でしたが、その分これらの点に気づいて欲しかった。また、電話対応は誠意を感じられず面倒くさそうに受け取れた。ここはオシャレ感しかない今時のショップという印象です。交換品は大丈夫だと良いのですが今から心配です。

When the last coffee dripper was taken out of the bag, metal parts rolled. I didn't know what the parts were, and it was troublesome to call again and again, so I decided to use them as they were. The packaging was polite, but I wanted you to be aware of these points. In addition, I could not feel the sincerity of the telephone response and received it in a troublesome manner. I have the impression that this is a shop of today that has only a fashionable feel. I hope the replacement is okay, but I'm worried from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個性的な品物を厳選して展示販売していたら店か狭くなって４倍の広さに拡げたのでは？と思えるお店です。そばに「くろがねや」さんがあり一般品はそちらで揃うので、良いコンビです。大型二次燃焼焚き火台は圧巻。大型テントは一張ですが圧巻。寄って見てください。

また、品揃えも良くタイミング良ければ入手困難なレアなギアも並んでたりします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々近くに住んでいて、たまにフラっと行ってたのだけども、引っ越したとたん店がデカくなって品揃えがすごいことになってました。前の家だったら車で5分の距離だったから間違いなく通ってたのに、悔しい！河口湖周辺には友人も多いので友人に会いに行くときにまた行きたいです。
Originally I lived nearby, and I used to go there once in a while, but as soon as I moved, the store became big and the product lineup was amazing. It was a 5 minute drive from my previous house, so I definitely went there, but I'm disappointed! I have many friends around Lake Kawaguchi, so I would like to go there again when I go to see my friends.
