★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これぞソウルフード!県外の人にはどうも不人気だが地元民には懐かしくて仕方ない味。
あんかけ焼きそばに卓上の酢がらしをよくフリフリして大量投下。コショウもよく合う。料理の物理的な大きさにまず驚くが、箸で丁寧にほどほどまでつぶしていくと、完食できないボリュームではない。
シューマイは玉ねぎ多め・甘み強めで、他所では味わえないオンリーワンなシューマイ。
あんかけ焼きそばが主力メニューだが、ラーメンも根強い人気。見た目ブラックなスープは一見しょっぱそうに感じるが、見た目とは逆の優しい味わい。
駐車場がないので、車で行く際はコインパーキングを使う事になる。

まずは焼きそば。着丼の段階で煮込んだキャベツの甘い香りが漂う。
餡は甘過ぎ、キャベツ煮込み過ぎ、余ったキャベツを漠然と煮込んだ感じ。これはきついぞ?とマスタードソースを掛けようとするがボトル容器内で分離して水分がチューッと飛び出る(´;ω;`)ウッ…。続いて焼売。口直しと思い食すが、小麦粉と成形肉の様な仕様でこれまた酷い。。仕入原価安そ~~。100均焼売の方がよっぽどマシ。食べるのが精一杯のお昼となりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的に長野市内で、時々無性に食べたくなるラーメンのひとつ、いむらやさんの中華そばです。
いむらやさんはあんかけ焼きそばが人気ですが、私は中華そばが好みです。焼きそばは昔、歯茎に刺さったので(笑)。美味しいんですけどね。
さて、中華そば。480円でこのクオリティ。具はチャーシュー、ねぎ、メンマ、海苔そしてキクラゲ。キクラゲが良い仕事してます。
スープは、というと、何だろう?何ベースかがわからないのですが、醤油に合う美味しいスープ。油は余り浮いてないですね。
麺は縮れ麺でも無いですが、ストレートともまたすこし違うのかな。多分、焼きそばと共通の麺だと思われます。啜りやすい、食べやすい麺です。スープとの相性ばっちり。
この麺、具、スープの組み合わせが良く合っていて、その上でこのワンコインを切る価格。素晴らしいですね。
原油高が叫ばれる昨今。来年の今頃も同じ価格で供されているかは現時点ではわかりませんが、いむらやさんには是非とも頑張って頂きたいと思います。また来ます。
Imuraya-san's Chinese soba is one of the ramen that I personally want to eat in Nagano city.
Ankake fried noodles are popular with Imuraya, but I like Chinese fried noodles. Yakisoba used to stick in my gums (laughs). It's delicious though.
Well, Chinese soba. This quality for 480 yen. The ingredients are char siu, green onion, menma, seaweed and wood ear. Wood ear is doing a good job.
What is soup? I don't know what the base is, but it's a delicious soup that goes well with soy sauce. The oil doesn't float very much.
The noodles are not curly noodles, but I wonder if they are a little different from straight noodles. Probably the same noodles as yakisoba. Noodles that are easy to swallow and easy to eat. Perfectly compatible with soup.
The combination of noodles, ingredients and soup goes well, and the price to cut this one coin. It is wonderful.
Nowadays, the price of crude oil is high. I don't know at this point if it will be offered at the same price next year, but I would like Mr. Imuraya to do his best. I will come again.

故郷を出てから10年近く経ち、久々に食べました。
量の加減を忘れてたので普通サイズを頼んでこのレベル笑。さすが容赦無いスタイル、昔のままですね。
僕は最初箸でザクザク上から刺して餡を浸透させます。
そうするとより食べやすくなってオススメ。
備え付けのからしは必須で、実は一般的なからしよりも辛くなく、どちらかと言うと「酸っぱい」感じ。
その調味料も満タンで全席備えてあったので嬉しい配慮です。
無くならないで欲しい長野の味ですね!

私は並のあんかけ焼きそばを注文しましたが、並とは思えないくらいボリューミーでした。
甘めで具沢山の餡にパリッパリの麺が美味しいのはもちろんのこと、
辛子酢をたっぷりかけるとお腹いっぱいと思っても不思議なくらい箸が進みます。
クセになる不思議な味でした。また食べたいです。

ここの甘いあんかけはかなり好みが分かれるところで、実際に東信や中信在住の知り合いからは美味しくない!と言う意見も多々ありましたが、食べ慣れた北信出身の私としては体に染み付いた味でして定期的に食べたくなります。
石堂店はカウンター席のみで、先に注文しお金を払ってから席で待つスタイルです。
お水もセルフサービスになってます。
今回は定番のあんかけ焼きそば大盛(¥660)とシュウマイ一皿(5ヶで400円)を注文。
昔よりは当然値上げしましたが、今やラーメン1杯700〜900円が当たり前の時代ですからまだまだ他とくらべるとお手頃なのかなと思います。
ここは提供がとても早く、あんかけ焼きそばなら5分もかからずに提供されます。サッと食べてサッと帰る人が多いので、混雑時でも回転は早いです。
カウンター席のスペースは正直かなり狭いし、隣の席との間隔も近めです。
家族連れなら権堂店の方がゆっくりできると思いますが、私はこっちの石堂店の方が味が美味しいような気がします。
あんかけ焼きそばは皿から溢れそうなボリューム。パリパリに揚げられた麺は独特で、皿うどんとも一般的な固焼きそばの麺とも違う特注の細い平麺。
上にかかる餡は甘くとろみが強い。具はくたくたに煮込まれたキャベツ、筍、キクラゲ、豚肉。上にチャーシュー、絹さや、錦糸卵が乗る。
少しずつ麺を潰しながら辛子酢をかけて食します。辛子が沈殿してるのでボトルをよく振ってからかけるのが肝要です。
個人的にはかけすぎ?ってくらい多めにかけた方が美味しい。ここの辛子は風味はありますが辛さは少ないので意外とむせません。
上田市のあんかけ焼きそばも好きなんですが、ここの焼きそばは辛子酢との相性が県内でも1番だと勝手に思ってます(笑)
シュウマイは玉ねぎがたっぷり入っていて甘みが強い。こちらも代表的なメニューです。こちらはウスターソースと辛子で頂きます。
その他のメニューだとあんかけ中華という中華そばの上に焼きそばの餡がかかっているものも人気です。
テイクアウトも昔からやっているお店ですが、時間が経つとあんかけで麺がシナっとして独特の食感になりこれもまた美味しい。
柔らかくなるのが嫌な方は、注文時にお願いすれば麺と餡を別容器にできますので、ご家庭でもパリパリのままの麺が楽しめます(追加の容器代がかかります)

Ankake fried noodles have a volume that seems to overflow from the plate. The crispy fried noodles are unique and are custom-made thin flat noodles that are different from Sara Udon and ordinary fried noodles.
The bean paste on top is sweet and thick. The ingredients are cabbage, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and pork stewed in a lump. Char siu, silk pods, and broth eggs are on top.
Crush the noodles little by little and sprinkle with mustard vinegar to eat. Since the mustard has settled, it is important to shake the bottle well before sprinkling.
Is it too much for me personally? It's better to sprinkle a lot. The mustard here has a flavor, but it is less spicy, so it's not surprising.
I also like Ankake Yakisoba in Ueda City, but I think that Yakisoba here has the best compatibility with mustard vinegar in the prefecture (laughs).
Shumai has plenty of onions and has a strong sweetness. This is also a typical menu. This is Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Another popular menu is Ankake Chinese, which has yakisoba bean paste on top of Chinese noodles.
