 You can visit it for free together with the old prefectural office next door. Yamagata's history, culture, and tourist information are substantial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歴史ある建造物でコンサートができるのはとても素晴らしいことです。かつて県議会がこの場で開催され、様々な歴史を刻み、見守ってきたであろう議場ホール。こちらのホールで娘のピアノ発表会があり参加してきたことがあります。また、ある団体の全国大会の折にはこの会場で分科会が開催され、参加者からとても素晴らしい会場との評価をいただきました。この議場ホールで会議をすると歴史を感じることができ、尚且つ先人たちの息遣いまで聞こえるようで好きな場所です。
It's great to have a concert in a historic building. The chamber hall where the prefectural assembly was once held here and has carved out various history and watched over. I have participated in a piano recital for my daughter in this hall. In addition, a subcommittee was held at this venue at the time of the national convention of a certain group, and the participants evaluated it as a very wonderful venue. It is a favorite place to have a meeting in this chamber hall where you can feel the history and even hear the breathing of the ancestors.
