s	shi ge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形市メディアタワー(YBC 旧山新ビル)の北側道路を挟んですぐ向かい側。建物正面にお客様用駐車スペースがあり、警備員に管理センターに行くと一声掛けてから中に入り、一番奥のエレベーターを利用します。ここは昔から態度が悪くかなりクレームが入った時期があり、それからある程度まともな対応をすることが多くなったようです。ですが横柄な態度は無くなりつつあるものの、基本事務的対応で親身になって相談に乗ってくれるようなことはありません。態度があまり酷い場合は市役所住宅課へ報告しましょう。一階にトイレ、自動販売機、休憩スペースがあります。 Immediately opposite the north road of Yamagata City Media Tower (YBC Old Yamashin Building). There is a parking space for customers in front of the building, and when you go to the management center, ask the guards and then go inside and use the elevator at the back. There was a time when people had a bad attitude and made a lot of complaints here, and it seems that they often responded decently to some extent. However, although the arrogant attitude is disappearing, there is no such thing as being friendly and counseling with basic clerical work. If you have a bad attitude, report it to the Housing Division of the City Hall. There are toilets, vending machines and break spaces on the first floor.
